where do you get the zaken high5 cloak patch O_o

What patch are you talking about?
If you're talking about not seeing the cloak, you have to reseal it and unseal it (this only applies to Gracia Final Cloaks though).
If you're talking about where to get it, either collect 20 zaken QI's from Olf Kanore or w/e that npc is called (the one that is in rune/aden), or get one from the instance (in this case you can get a blessed cloak (i know it isn't tradable, but other than that I don't know what the other effects are)).
I guess he mean the patch that changes textures of normal cloak to zaken one. Same as loshka got in his vid I.e.

That cloak in h5 is "easy" to get though :D
