I know is kinda late but well, drop amount will be also x1 i guess, imo you should change it to smth like this or mats will be so expensive, don`t close this topc plz

They dont understand nothing about lowrates.

I trully hope MichaelV will check this topic. With x5 chance, and x1 amount, our server economy will be ruined. Some mats on x1 already have near 70% drop chance, so whats the point increasing it? If we will have amount x1, and x5 chance, our economys main currency will be mats, you will easly get recipies, but you wount have mats to craft it, and mats will have a huge price on the market.

Well i think the main problem is they dont know/cant change the amuonts only for some mats, they can just chang it for all items

Well if they manage to create custom npcs, donate systems n things like that, i think they should be able to change it. :)

We will discuss it. Even if server will start with the current rates don't lose hope, it can still be changed if we reach the conclusion that it's better this way.

Topic closed, we know how players feel about the rates. Now let us debate and wait for official announcement.
