I bought Refined Carnival Circlet from item broker today, and i can't trade it. The item description doesn't write,that it's no exchange or droppable. Looking for information about it. IG char name: Hordohas.

as far as i know that item u can buy it from shop and is not tradable

hmm, you know, its same like refined wizard hat from shop, and that item is tradeable
