Searched all over and did not found any decent scheet/description which enchant route should i choose on Lightning Barrier.

So far as i see default activation rate is 30% and chance is 80%. (ofc depends on enemy lvl and equipt)

Some says its better go on activation rate since chance is still riseing during enchant, and some says just go for chance.

Too bad this table has no actual description regarding to the effect of each enchant lvl cause:

Anyone (prefer an experienced SLH) can advise which route should i choose?

An enchant sheet would be great to see the difference. :o
