Title: How can i get my Clan Back ??

All my chars has been transfered succesfully, but ive changed clan leaders nick name and i dont know what i have to do get my clan back :(. Please help me what should i do, Thx.
Ps.I dont even know how to check it,has clan been transfered or not.
