The thing gets weird on the 11th step when you have to speak with the Tablet in Wall of Argos, it gives me the option to 'Examine the area' but the next message is 'It's too noisy now. Try again later when things quiet down a bit.' I'm completely alone and it doesn't seem to work. There been few other people with the same problem that happened to be at the tablet.
Any help much appreciated.
Wait for server restart. The server probably thinks there is a mob already spawned from that quest and that's why u get that message. After restart everything is ok.
