My clan bid for an Aden clan hall on Sunday, when we thought the merge was happening. I logged in Tuesday while everyone was rushing to bid for CHs. Not only was our bid gone, but the 2kkk we bid was also gone from our CWH. So we were not even able to make a new bid even though there were still CHs available.
This sucks a lot. >:(
We should have at least had an opportunity like everyone else to make a bid.

When servers merge end, youll wish to have more than 2kkk, cuz al CHs willbe free and a lot of clan has more than 50kkk, even more.

if im not bad, you can have over 9000kkk but the max you can bid is 2'2kkk :P

Yes max bid 2.2kk but he says that he cant bid again. Now if a lot of people had more than 50kkk thats mean, that they can bid for more than one CH with BoxesClan.

After merge all clan halls were supposed to have no owner. If u saw just one ch w/o owner and bidded it thinking it's after merge then u're stupid Dalamir. You paid for ur stupidity 2b and now u cry on forum to get repaid or what?

nothing is to late till the auctions are finished, imo admin should cancel all of the bids and give the privilege of buying the halls for biggest active clans on the serv (accordingly from the ranking, make a use of it once in a lifetime, just pick active clans not dead one that left already). 1ch per clan and not as it is now few clans that noticed it in time and shit-load of their boxes that bided before others

its quite simple lad, one thing is to start a server and do it the normal way where first win etc and something different is to restart clan halls with out any notice and put them on auction when many clans have no idea its gonna be this way, not to mention some of the leader were most likely at work and couldn't make any preparations.
you wanna do it "first is the best", i'm fine with that but at least do it in a way where everyone will have equal chances and not the way it was made today
for instance, we took a clan hall at the beginning of a server and as far as i understand the need of them to be restarted in my opinion i also have a right to expect to be informed beforehand about it, and the way it was done right now is how to put it... fucked up?

And afaik Dunpeal GMs said clan halls will be reset today after full restart so dunno why it's unfair. Everyone knew it will be today and what now? PPl who were w8ing whole day and successfully bidded ch must bid it again cause 1 person is unhappy that he was late and can't have ch? lol

i don't recall seeing a single announcement in game/news on site about it, sorry mate me and big part of this society doesn't check forum oftenly and to be frank imo ch issue is something everyone should be informed beforehand. e.g. announcement in game for 1 day wouldn't hurt anyone, would it ?

don't know/don't care, from my perspective many ppl had absolutely no idea how ch reset was supposed to be made. even if it is minority it still consist of quite some clans that had ch and wanted to continue having it... and you definitely can NOT say that admins informed everyone in a proper way, cause seriously how can a post in some topic that has like xxxx pages can be considered a notice. yes, of course some ppl will catch it but it doesn't change the fact that a lot of ppl were left with 0 info regarding this matter.

I knew that our first bid might not stand, so I made sure I had another 200kk in the cwh in case the first bid failed. Failed bids mean you lose 10% of your bid, if I'm not mistaken, so 1.8kkk should have been returned to the cwh. Therefore I should have still had 2kkk in the cwh. I was one of the first people at the auctioneer after the restart and when I tried to bid only 1-2 CHs had been bid on, meaning we would have made a successful bid for certain.
My problem is not that we lost 2kkk. We are not rich, but we are not THAT poor. My problem is we were cheated out of a fair opportunity to bid at all because the money we planned to use for the bid was deleted. I don't think we were stupid, and I think we have a pretty good reason to be disappointed. If you think this is crying, then whatever man.
it was said that all CHs will be reseted. You failed with bidding it on bad time thats why u lost adena. It's not fault of admins who said that all chs will be reseted. It's only ur fault Dalamir.

I'm not saying it's anyone's fault. I'm just saying that why wasn't that 1.8kkk returned to our cwh? Why was it deleted? Again, it's not about losing the 2kkk, it's that this ruined our chance to get a clan hall. We were ready for the auction, and our plan was good. We got screwed because the adena we had disappeared from the server. Life's not fair, but this was a really crappy way to do the clan hall bids.
Dalamir seems that no one cares about your problem with adena loss, neither for a few more ppl and clans which lost the oppurtinity to bid for ch with that lol clan hall reset without any anouncement. So no lifers will get the clan halls to alt clans.

Merge will take effect on USSR [x15] server after night full restart on ~19 Jul 2011.

@Dalamir neither of the clans got their money back for the CH so why should you? It was obvious not to auction a CH before the merge since after the merge all were said to be reseted. You should have at least canceled your auction before the merge - you had plenty of time playing. Imo theres nothing you can do about CH now, you lost the opportunity, end of story. Write a ticket to gm so maybe you can get the money back at least.
Jesus ppl, how many times do I have to say I don't give a shiit about the 2kkk. The point is, we would have the CH except for this ridiculous merge. This is amateur stuff, the way it was done.
I have always said RPG is the best server I've played, but this is the first time in 18 months that I have started to doubt that.
And STFU to ppl ahead of time who will say "why don't you leave, blah blah blah." This merge was done badly, and I think most people agree with me.

HF going back to town from gracia without a CH, ofc you could have a fort but its not a permanent thing since someone can just take it away from u at 4 am in the morning while ur sleeping.
on x15 there are many shops with soe to giran/aden/whatever so u can always soe directly from gracia:P
or raise summoner and leave him in town :)
