Does the staff ever reply to the support tickets? I understand that this must be a busy time but I've been waiting for a while now on quite an important matter...
I see a lot of people posting here to get their attention so I guess I'll give that a go.

they do respond. at least at my ticket they replied short and @ subject. so just wait and check your mail frequently.
y sometimes its bit longer but they do reply

It's depend from GM that got your ticket.
Some gms answer very fast and are rly helpful some reply very long and are unhelpful and arrogant a bit... like some ppl on forum when you are lf something and reply is "and ?"

if the log examination is needed, response on ticket can take up to 2 weeks

Lulz... My ticket was settled in less than one day. Even with medium priority :p

yep they reply, i had few tickets and they had reply in about day or two.
I have made ticket with scam and waiting 2weeks already so i think it's about log check
btw they dont have to write anything as answer, they will just lock the ticket with title: resolved and they r done :)
i sent 2 tickets to support few months ago, 1st ticket (was about 4 accounts being scammed) got resolved status after 2 weeks without response and 2nd(about gcm bug) got resolved with response within few hours..
Naah they're just like "scam again? ... aww fuck this shit i'm passing it"
