Dear players!
Tonight chat limitations for low-level chars will be introduced on all RPG-club servers.
Game chats will be unavailable for characters under:
9 level for Russia [x1] server
10+ level for New World [x5] and USSR [x15] servers
50 level for MadneZzZ [x1000] server
You will know what level is needed to use chats from system messages ingame.
Limitations won't affect party, clan and alliance chats.
Maybe make it like 15+ for shout channel or so, so that bots won't be able to spam...
nah , best would be 30-40 since lvl 20 isnt big deal to make bot for shouting 39 for example would be best , no chat till second class :>
ye .. absolutely agree

40lvl
Make it 40 level limitation for normal chat, shout chat, trade chat and private chat (unless the respective low level character is trying to use private chat with a character that is added in his friend list)!

Seems reasonable :P
keep it the way it is, so new players can shout for academies when they start playing :)
