Yep fast fast alot of ppls are bugged.
this server lack of GMs ingame, this is a big - for it.

They dont need to be in game. Bcs they dont care that u exist or what ur problems r. If u want to contact the gm staff just use the website ticket and w8. They will answer trust me, and they know what to do. For me rpg has the best gm`s on all private servs.
There are GM's, enough of them. We just don't afford to stay non stop online. There are contact infos for some of us on this forum, use it and contact us on icq. Personally, when i am at the pc, icq is open. Just message me with your problem and i will log in game and help you if possible. You can also message me or any other GM on the forum with your problem.
If the problem is more serious, then the only solution is to submit a ticket to support.
