Title: Weird elementals on weapons

Im just wondering. I've seen plenty times weapons with elementals which I couldnt justify. For example:
HD+dark or FB+fire or FB+wind or AM+earth etc.
Recently Ive seen FB+MW+F+5+150 wind. Honestly speaking I've got no idea why some1 have put this ele. Water would still sounds reasonable since TK has some skill to boost water ele (wow, +20 ele :P). I can also explain holy in every case (PvE weapon) but wind on FB is for me totally weird. Same with AM - the only reason I can see to put earth ele is having nuke aug, but if some1 had earth nuke aug then why the hell he wants to sell it?

May be they are old weapons, that people used to PvP before. Long age was easy cheaper to put fire/water, so most of the people put this resist on armors so enemy make earth/wind weapons to counter them.
Even now fire/water is most common resist.

Mate - fb+150wind is for SK - SOS gives you +20 wind attribute.
That`s why you saw that.

AM+earth - maybe he was a bishop or elven elder and got earth nuke augment.

Earth on AM can be also good for a WC or as above said, for the old reasons (weak earth resists).

I think 20 atri wont make a big difference while SK has drains, judgement and maybe sth else. OK, in fact both can be used with AM dark, but still I think dark is better choice for FB (cheaper, easier to sell etc.)

Thats what I thought about - then the question is: why is he getting rid of it? Hard for me to believe he already has 3 new icarus/versper weapons with nuke aug.

Yes - but if you have enemy with 120 dark resist and you have 150 dark - you have only 30 dark more.
If you have 150 wind + 20 from SOS = you have 170 and enemy has 120 = so you have 50 more attribute damage

Drains are magic like LS and FS, etc. - so better to have AM for them - higher Matack - higher chance to land and dmg.is a bit higher - FB is for sting / judgement / normal hits.

AM+150 earth = dworf with enchanted stun and having active heal on that am.

Nothing wrong with FB+Fire or FB+Wind, AM+Earth was maybe an old AM with Earth attack thats all
Anyway there is no rules for fighter weapon, you pick one and you hide it, no one care about +20 element bonus with some skill (Ofc class who can enchant skills with element will never pick Dark or Holy or at least not in this chronicle but rest are all free !)

Boulder - Strongest nuke IG :) it cast like aura flash , has magic dmg of 125 if i remember corectly but had it only on hellbound so maby it is changed since then and it came from best lf 80 lvl at that time :)

Fist with +150/300 dark
Anw, at H5, type of element wont matter since every1 will have +270 resist to all, before adding buffs, and players should switch to Duel/Power enchants.

no, because on h5 you need dmg from RI, rather than stun
RI +15 chance vs good player is still chance 10%

I am curious, what damage bonus u will be getting from +300 dagger with +30 elementaled skill with total value of 330 element, vs target with 270 of same element. whats the difference? 60 element? Whats the dmg bonus of that, since NCsoft reduced elemental influence on damage in PvP in h5? I'd say... 10-15% at best. From other hand dagger blows are the worst example to give from ur side since their damage mostly is comming from critical damage modifiers.

Read on Blah (could have been post by Diego) and some other forums that duel is profitable at quite high OE (like +25 as I said). Took me a while to find link to youtube fraps posted above, ain't gonna spend more to search for more proofs. Do what you want I dont give a fcuk, for me you can go even for cost.

and same as crit modifiers it was influenced by element in gf
but still 43-149 ele bonus is 20% so +15 duel skill make it up
