On what details does RUR cost depend at email changing of an account?

for example if i want to change mail of my account its just 285 rur, but my friend's account is 300 and yesterday i bought a DA account wich needs 745 RUR to change.

it depends on level of the account, subs, and a big etc, to make a long story short it will cost u the time you spent in that account ::)
