i read you get it from "Purchased from Castle Chamberlain" . where is this guy?

Do u mean cloak? Yes you can purchase one from the castle if your clan takes a castle, it costs smth like 30kk and u can wear it as long as your clan has a castle, another way to get an s80 cloak is to do a TW quest, which lasts a few territory wars, it requires you to kill a certain number of players each TW, the quest starts in aden near the hero monument i believe you have to talk to the fame guy or the guy beside him cant remember now.
