Is there any bug or what ?
My browser cant load that l2top.ru .
i think you should try checking a gap between your computer and your chair
how do english speaking players vote?Pls respode.
had some link made, that was letting you to vote for the server without long paths to chose server and blabla, but lost it!

when you voting you must be logoff from game, and you can login to the game after few min (I always vote when I ending day and logout from game) you get to your inventory vote coin.

You need turn on cookies, coz of first vote you get only cookies, on all next time voteing you get VC to your char.

If u mean this black brick with text on it, u should clean that place with mouse like a lottery scratch card and there u'll see english numbers that u have to write.
