Title: enchant skill problem

I have my hydro blast enchanted water vulnerability +4 and i tested it today.
it does not decrease water attribute def on the char i attack, i tested surrender and it decreases 20. is it bugged, should i change enchantment route or something?

It decrease enemy Water P atk , not Def

water vulnerability decreases targets defence not atk dear...

meaning? its supposed to decrease water resist or not?

it means the description is wrong(as many many more) and it decreases the element attack, not defence

PS: google is ur friend, use it

as it was said, skill description is wrong, it decreases enemys attack attribute

enchant it for power :)
