On September 8, 2019 servers Pioneer [x30] and Federation [x15] will be merged based on Federation [x15] server settings.
Pioneer [x30] and Federation [x15] servers will be switched off after 22:00 UTC September 7, 2019.
Servers merge will be performed under the following conditions:
* Rates of the merged server will be identical to Federation [x15] server.
Basic rates:
Adena/Exp/SP: amount х15
Seal stones: amount х15
Adena, Seal stones: chance 100%
Drop: chance х10, amount х1
Spoil: chance х10, amount х1
Quest items: amount х5 (not all quests)
Quest rewards: Exp х5, adena х5
RB drop: chance х5, amount х1, adena х5
Epic drop: chance х1, amount х1, adena х5
Quest items drop:
Quest items: amount х5

Craft materials drop and spoil:
Spoil - random maximum х5.
* Characters of level 1 that were never logged on will be deleted.
* All characters remain on the merged accounts, but only 7 with the highest EXP will be seen on character selection screen. You'll need to delete some characters in order to be able to see the rest.
* When characters have the same nick the right to have the nick unchanged goes to the character with higher level. Other characters get the prefix to their nick according to the original server. Nicks with prefixes can be changed in Account CP on site free of charge.
* The following character properties will remain unchanged:
- level, title, stats, current amount of CP, MP, HP, Vitality, SP, EXP, PVP/PK count, karma, fame, raid points
- all active an passive skills; skill level, enchantment level and path
- nobless status and skills
- tattoos
- subclasses
- macros
- transformations (except Zariche/Akamanah)
- quests
* Olympiad points are equalized in accordance with the current week (20 points)
* Content of inventory, warehouses and Vitamin Manager remain unchanged.
* Content of mailboxes of the transferred characters are stored in warehouse. This doesn't affect mail of the characters on Federation [x15] server.
* Pets are transferred with names wipe. Pets inventories are stored in warehouse.
* Following clans properties remain unchanged:
- clan level and reputation
- caln skills
- clan members, permssions, clan roles, including academy and sponsorship
- clan penalties
- clan warehouse
* Clan of higher level retains the name unchanged. Other clans get the prefix to their name according to the original server. Clan names with prefixes can be changed in Account CP on site free of charge.
* Alliance of higher level retains the naame unchanged. Other clans get the prefix to their name according to the original server. Clan names with prefixes can be changed in Account CP on site free of charge.
* All Castles, Fortresses, Clan Halls are moved under NPC control.
* Clan Halls are moved under NPC control.
* Clan Academies will be deleted, Academy members automatically kicked out.
* All Clan wars will be cancelled.
* Hellbound level will remain that of Federation [x15] server at the moment of merge.
* Item broker will be reset to default random.
The following changes will be made to Federation [x15] server settings:
* Limits for entrance to Frintezza and Zaken instanced zones reduced to 18 characters.
* Castle Sieges on September 8, 2019 will be cancelled. Next Castle Sieges will take place on September 22, 2019.
On September, 8 2019 we have siege on Federation

After 7y on Fedferation i'm sure that migration will be good

After merge when you make laba, you keep all buff (if you have full buff outside - you have the same inside).
