Im having critical errors so often. I have 99% possibility to get crit error if i use soe , teleport or being summoned .( especially in Aden Town) . Before you say anything , consider that:
-My client is clear ( download from your site)
-My Computer is absolute fine ( Other server doesnt have those issues) CHECKED!
-It happens to any account and char , not specific
Im posting here because i couldnt create a post on support section for some reason.Im waiting an official answer from the staff as soon as possible because im starting getting mad ( im missing all exp parties for that reason)

What kind of errors? Can we at least get a screenshot? I cannot be more specific if I don't know what the problem is.
Also, things like this should go straight to support, as it is most likely not an issue on our side, but on yours. If it were on ours, we would be getting reports about it. So far, you are the only one.
I asked my clannies if they have the same problem and the answer was positive. I will upload a screenshot asap

sometime only window on black or withe loading and i have to forse close l2
Excacly tha happening but staff dont want to take the responsibility . "No else reported this" right?
my clanmates are having this trouble also, Screen freezes, no response from L2 and they have to force close it...
Dunno whats happening, I didnt get this situations that bad, but I noticed more freezes lately ingame...
The ones who get the critical errors - can you try this:
Delete the following files from folder "MAPS" 26_18.unr and 26_19.unr without updating after. Just run lineage2 with l2.exe from the system folder. Try this and let me know if it helped.
does it refer to the freezes aswell? i mean the ones u have to shut down L2?

If it's a freeze due to the lineage2 client or system, then yes, give it a go. If it's more of a network problem, then no.
