In order to become a Feoh Wizard, you should create one of the following classes:

Storm Screamer: The one with the highest M.atk from all of them, since it has Empowering Echo (https://l2wiki.com/Empowering_Echo_-_Storm_Screamer).

Soultaker: Soultaker has more sustain in general, since you have your  Transfer Pain (https://l2wiki.com/Transfer_Pain) instead of  Arcane Barrier (https://l2wiki.com/Arcane_Barrier_-_Feoh_Wizard) and you could in certain cases use  Death Lord  (https://l2wiki.com/Death_Lord_-_Feoh_Soultaker) on your own summon to regenerate your hp plus your debuff immunity, which makes him one of the most viable feohs on this client.

Archmage: Its one of the feohs that is most aoe-focused, having more aoes than any other feoh.

Mystic Muse: In my opinion is one of the most weak feohs on this patch, nothing very worthy to explain about.

Soulhound: The soulhound has Physical Soul Barrier and Lightning Shock (https://l2wiki.com/Feoh_Soulhound) that gives him good defense in general and a way to disable near people around him.
