Hello on what time you can make the exchange to the manor manager? In game it says at 8 maybe any one knows the correct real time when manor happens?

Manor starts after siege, which is on January 8th. The time I believe is about 20:05 Moscow, I might be wrong tho, don't have access to server files at the moment.
