Well I've got nice problem.

Any idea how can I fix over 1k ping in game? battleping doesnt help.
websites etc are loading with normal speed, speedtests shows like 3-5 mbps and I am not able to play L2 and LoL (very nice game) lf any answers

call ur ISP and tell em that ur ping sucks

i had problems with spikes some time ago now i play with a proxy check this topic:

it solved my problem maybe can solve ur also gl.
