Title: Can't launch for the love of it

Tried the updater with a previous H5 Client no respond it pops the Send Report window,tried via the patch download(Opened from new L2.app from system)says update game client so finally i tried to download the whole H5 client from site (BTW tried both previous ways updater and L2.app) same exact messages popped up.Can someone help me out here?
