i get critical error everytime when i enter l2 .... and cannot login, solve this problem please !

I am having the same issue.

Everytime that i try to login and the screen goes to Select Character the game Crashes my PC stops and a BSOD appears.

My specs:
Intel I5 4670 - 1150 3.14 Ghz
GeForce GTX 780 3Gb
16 GB Ram Hyper X
MSI Z-87 PLUS (MotherBoard)
Windows 7 Ultimate Sp1

My version of the files it's the last ones from the updates. I already delete the game files and downloaded everything again, same result.

Any ideas?

I just registered, downloaded the client and logged in the game.
1 min after i login, i get an error saying "Cheat or RAM error or virtual machine detected".
I don't have any of those!

The problem was, windows 10 hyper-v feature is not allowed under this server.

1. Hyper-V deactivated;
2. Turn off Kaspersky/Avast. Let me know if it works.

I just did everything - clean windows10, clean L2H5 client from RPG-club website, check files, deleted system folder, again check files, then I did a full check. Nothing helps. Hyper-V is deactivated. I already submitted a ticker, still no solution... Ticket number: 77842. :(

Firewall and anti-virus is turned off, still the same error... :(

Having this crit error,everytime I push log in after typing my ID and psw. Didnt change anything,just tryed to login today,and this happened. after this - tried reinstall l2,reinstall patch,use updater . didnt help
does anyone have any ideas how to fix it? thanx
