Time when you can expect EXP is 22-03 GMT+3 (Moscow time)
What you need to have for your top quality exp:
1) Rune 30%/50% for 1 hour
2) Nevit hourglasses
3) Also, make sure you got active "Nevit Blessing" (the red aura), if you don't you can buy it for 40 RUR in the shop (rpg trade person)

You guys still doing this? i've got a PS lvl 70 that I want to lvl to 78 and would very much like to have it done the easy way instead of non stop grinding (summoners are booooring).
