Whats happening in ant nest and you get ported out at plains of dion and gludio?

its customized or something?

You will be ported out with high lvls, low lvls should be fine.

i restarted with low lvl inside and got ported to gludio

Did you log off in front of river or inside ?

You need to log off behind bridge then. High lvls will be ported out from any place at Ant Nest after some time.
