Hello, when my patience turns on, nothing happens with P ATK.

As I recall correctly, skill Patience increases skill p.atk and not normal p.atk.

Skill p.atk is not displayed anywhere.

yeah, patience doesnt change anything on your attack directly. it only change the dmg u will deal with skills, since theres no stat to show you that on the char window u gotta check for yourself on the dmg u deal with your skills.
