Only on this RPG server and nowhere else i saw those things about mobs:
1. Mobs relocate too often. If you just stare on a ground with mobs its like fking madness, they all run around like crazy.
2. During the relocating of a mob if you hit the mob, he don`t give a fuck until he finish his relocation. WTF is that? "I am getting killied but i have to finish my walk"
You going into a room of mobs, you start killing one my one and sudenly a mob from the other side of the room comes. You think... its ok i can get it. Second later you get 2 more and you think... "sh1t this is hard". Another 5 seconds later you get 2 more mobs. Who messed up with the mobs AI?

Mob relocation is normal yes but they do it like 5x more than be4.
And hitting a mob while he is relocating should interrupt the relocation and get the mob in attack state.
I think mobs should walk instead of that irritating run if in non-combat state.

This function improve the user experience making harder the lvl zones. I'ts not as bad as you said.
