Donation through PayPal is now possible for all Europeans by two ways:

1. By contacting Bulle as other pinned topic says.
2. Writing ticket to support and direct contact with administration.

I did it on a previous RPG server. It is pretty self explaining. Ofc, you need the subclass. I don't know about level requirements. In my case it was a switch between a lvl81 main and a lvl79 sub. Your level is bound to the class. So in my case I had lvl79 (new) main, and lvl 80 sub after the change. The change to take effect a full server restart needed, it means a casual server restart is not enough. As I remember, I had to wait like 3-4 days for that kind of restart.

Log on ur acc on website and change ur subclass there. It cost 250 or 500 rurs if this is what u wanted to know

Probably ur main will be 40 lvl

How can I donate into x3 server to have RUR when server stars? I mean straight away.

For Europeans it's PayPal only, u get rurs Into ur acc on web, and when server start u retrive them to ur character
