I cant change my password because i put ip filter and now i changed my internet provider. I have user and password but when i try to change it says error, what can i do in these cases.

I know how to set up ip protection i did it the first time. My problem is when i try to log in my account from the web page i get error. I have all the information so i know its not a mistake of password because i recieve the email confirming my password,  i can log in game (i put different passwords in game and web page) the only thing that occurs to me is that since i changed my internet provider my ip was blocked from the other internet service, and i cant log in to change my ip filter.

A: This account has a site IP filtering enabled. If you're not the account owner - goodbye. If you are - click on [Сбросить фильтр] or [Change IP Mask]. Then use the link from the letter sent to your account  registration E-mail, which will reset IP filter and you will be able to set up your preferences. For older accounts which used autoregistration function - such issues should be addressed to support.

Mine just says error, is there anyway i can prove to you that  the account is mine so i can change my pass, i can confirm the email the 2 different passwords i put (one on web page the other ingame).

Lock it i figured it out and fixed it already.
