You can switch CL by talking to the Grand Master NPC (or grand cleric or whatever, just he one that handles clans), he's got an option for this purpose. Dunno about name change, tho
and after rr CL will be changed
Dunno about clan renaming, but you can for sure change clan leader at any grand master where you got clan options and after 1 st restart it will be done.

you cant rename your clan using ingame resources
