yes, at the entrance to the Imperial Tomb (the ghost of adventurer) and in lower Forge of the Gods (Blacksmith Vulcan)

to get bbh rec, not random one, after you finish geting 1k qi in it you gotta do 4s.

There are 2 Q for S weapon rec. One you make in FoG (Forge of the Gods) and 2-nd in IT (Imperial Tomb). If you have good pt go to fog, if you solo exp go to IT, but in IT you get random rec or you must do 4s to choose rec. In FoG colect 1.2k qi and get rec what you want.

dunno if u can still summon there but i remember doing that back on retail a while ago (that and flying to the npc on a wyvern)

only catch is that you have to finish 4s at least once for it to work
