Who's Genius's idea was to make x1 hellbound and Isle of prayer drop on X15 server?
USSR [x15] Server rates:
Adena/Exp/SP: amount x15
SealStones: amount x15
Adena, SealStones: chance 100%
Drop: chance x10, amount x1
Spoil: chance x10, amount x1
Quest: x5 (not for all quests)
Quest awards: exp x5, adena x5
RB drop: chance x5, amount x1, adena x5
Epic drop: chance x1, amount x1, adena x5

So you say the Hellbound drop rate/chance is just fine? X15 and X1 is not good combo.
Aighter lower xp rate or make HB rate atleast x2.Because now you make 85 fast but dont have atod even for half set.
same crap on x5, we had 9x 85 and like 1000% and we made only like 6 sets.
