why it should be a joke? not everybody is a prolibrary of l2 that must know all.
It is related with seven signs quest.
First you must choice dawn or dusk. If you side won, and it won the seal of gnosis, then you can find it at catacombs (catacombs NO necropolis).
Right now he is on, but if you didn't choice dawn last week, you must wait 2 weeks.

In catacombs only. Visit some catacombs (not necropolis, there you can find merchant of mammon) and you will find him. Or you can wait until any hero writes to hero chat in which catacombs you can find him, if you are lazy to find him by yourself. You will need some ancient adena to unseal it.
