A little window poped up today when i loged call PrimeShop and when clicked opens this

i never saw this before,anyone call tell me what it is supposed to be for?
this is "official donation shop" from NC soft. it is used on russian official server for example, but not on EU/NA.
though functionality exists in every client.
if it bothers you, try to delete system folder and load a new with rpg-club updater.
