I go around towns, and see that many people selling everything very expensive and buying everything very cheap, that i thought nobody will buy from them for years, but they keep selling, its becouse russian server or what's the problem with most people ? :)

"russian server" ....nonsense. There are always "buyers" and "sellers". Something that is expensive for you can be very cheap for other. At some point of game time>money so ppl gladly pay to save some time for farming or questing. And for instance sell items/mats from inv just so they don't waste time transfer or leave in WH.
As they say in my country "There are passengers for every train".
