I try trade with random person-cant, try to drop-cant, try to put in shop-cant
this is really annoying already ppl cant trade stuff...no words from admins on when it will be fixed or not...

i can't say anything about ETA cause i don't know.
but i can offer you some way to trade (thanks to Gezas for info) if you really need it.
FS can be stored in clan warehouse and sent via freight service:
1. you and the one with the book create alt chars on the same account
2. book moves via freight service to the created char
3. you create a clan level 1, accept the alt char with the book to it
4. he puts it to CWH, you as a clan leader taking it, freighting it to your main.
high possibility of scam, but i can help you make a safe deal if you want, or ask the person you both trust.
dont know about blessed enchants though, haven't tested.
problem is that we didnt got any info from admins regarding this problem (over 3 weeks now)

as u could see there is a way to trade some items...
and making another transaction items aint solution atm...cuz there is too many untradable things atm.
