How come GM's and such do not refund ppl that gets scammed by game bugs? You want donnations of people while this happens?

ps.: i hate scammers also but still
there is certain bug related to this, i have noticed it also on that red gem quest, some morons were selling for 1m adena each and one guy was trying to buy exactly 1 for price of 12milions, so i took a quest in aden went and dropped 1 of those items and was unable to sell them on that shop, still not sure how they manage to set a shop that is buying something that u cannot even sell him, because once i set that type of shot for my friend to test he was able to sell me stuff.
It's explained here (https://forumen.rpg-club.net/index.php/topic,10740.0.html). Basically, if you trade all your adena to pet you'll be able to set the shop but won't be able to buy anything.
