Try closing ts3 client then run the game and see if it works.

You say you have fresh client but just do it one more time: fully delete system folder and use updater.
Next, close all those processes in task manager that are not needed: wgaTray(if u can), ts3, opera, ctfmon, rundll32, jusched.

Then try running the game. If it works, try opening those programs one by one and see which causes the problem.

Something you previously installed is clearly making the antibot closing ur client. The sure way to get read of it, is to format ur windows partition and reinstall windows. I only advise u to do this if you won't be able to find out what causes the problem.
Also, advising u to move to win7, it really is better : )

The best solution is to format and remove any traces of RPG-crap. It is obvious that someone doesn't want to fix the mistakes made in the new files. You CANNOT be expected to close all system processes because the new patch has conflicts with them. Maybe I should install Linux to be able to play???

It just doesn't work and 15 hours after my first report - nothing. So, me and my clan will just forget this server and move on...pity, it was cool.

GL to all who stay...and CAN play - we can't...:(

From the reports we got, we can conclude that well over 90% of people can play without problems.
I'm not saying it isn't our fault, but has it ever crossed your mind that maybe it is YOUR fault? The antibot just searches for all known cheat programs and anything that has any interference with the game while it's played. As Lagys said, you could have had some l2 cheats on your system at some time that weren't completely removed.
As you can see on the above case, a format and reinstall of windows fixed this guy problem. He clearly had something that was interfering with L2.

Anyway, we aren't holding anyone by force here. There are countless private servers out there and all the matters is for you to have fun while playing L2, doesn't matter where you do it.
