Title: Empty account/missing characters

Hi,
Yesterday I wanted to log in my SE, but my acc was without any characters. I am not sure wich others characters except SE were there. I checked ban list, but my acc isn't there.

Admin, GM please check my account: 17362

are u sure u logged on the x15?

maybe u loged on the x5 or x1 and there u dont have chars created.
