BTW, what's up with TW? This one is exclusive to people in clan with castles or what?

Dunno m@n, maybe it was supposed to be this way, or admins were to lazy to fix the problem  :D

TW are only activated when castle are taken, so i think it's normal, next TW everyone will be able to sign
