Every day 5 or 6 ppl in each town shout this, or are afk in private shop, u never check what happen in your server? like l2r and co?
u never see GM's online ...
I'm banning them when ever i catch them. I'm sorry, but i can't stay online 24/24 so i can stop a group of guys from spamming this. I tried some time ago, it's useless. They are using proxies to connect. Doesn't matter how many times i ban them, they just keep coming back. Just ignore them, there is no magical solution to stop this.

I suggest enabling the bot report button to work inside towns as well. It would be easier for players to report these adena sellers, since as of now the bot report only works outside of safe areas.
